Remove tours from service portal

Hi ,

We have three portal and i need tour for only one . I have enabled tour by setting property true but it got enable on all portal so i need to disable for two portal .

any lead would be appreciated

Hi there,

Unfortunately out-of-the-box it is just one system property which enables/disables guided tours on Portal, and which is applied at multiple portals because it's literally like that in the header widgets code.

So either you need to update the header widget code or you need to hide the CSS part for all portals you don't want this for.

If the widgets are already customized (so you own it), than updating the CSS in the widgets directly fine. If you have not updated the widgets yet, I would personally prefer to override the CSS and leaving the widgets alone with that.
