Report - Change Request and Change Task

Need to create a report, where I can see the Main Line as Change Request and then the Sub lines as the Change Task related to that CHG with some details. 

for example: 

1. CHG1134 |  [Details]
   1. CTASK 1 [Details]
   2. CTASK 2
   3. CTASK 3
2. CHG2365
   1. CTASK 1
   2. CTASK 2
   3. CTASK 3

Hi @riagarwal 

You can create 'List' type Report for Change Task table and can make 'Change Request' field as Group by.

I will look like as below screenshot:
