Report creation whose pending state is more than 10 days

Hi,

Is it possible to achieve the incident report creation where incident state is in pending for more than 10 days

Hello Priyanka,

There is an out of the box metric definition for Incident State Duration. You could report on the metric_instance table with a condition of Start Relative Before 10 days ago and value is {your pending state} against this definition.

Is there a way, when calculating the number of day in pending state, to exclude weekend days and possibly also holiday?

Hello Dom,

You would need to utilize a schedule to achieve this. The OOB definition does not follow a schedule, instead is standard duration based (i.e. 24x7x365) so you would need to create one yourself. @Callum Ridley has a nice writeup on using schedules within metrics that you can find here.
