Hello SN Community!
It was brought to my attention that when exporting data from an existing report, the Excel format is different depending on the method chosen to export.
If the user right-clicks on one of the report headings and selects Export > Excel (.xlsx) - the file format is .xlsx:
However, if the user selects the Export from the Save menu of the report viewer, the resulting export is in the .xls format:
Does anyone have any insight into this and how to change it to default to .xlsx format? I've looked around and searched but have come up empty.
Any help would be appreciated.
