i want to create  a report on average time taken by a assignment group to resolve each incident which are assigned to them in a week   

can any one provide relevent solution for this

One more question from me. Should similar logic be applied for average incident resolution per agent? or there is a better way to calculate this using PA?

Hi @Ola30 ,

Utilize the same indicators and add a breakdown by assignment group / assignee. This would be the easiest way.
