Report on Turnaround time for incidents

Hi , 

Need some help to setup a report to find the Turn around time of Incidents without Performance Analytics

Turn around time = Issue resolved time - Issue open time

Thanks for this explanation, I will try it.

Can you also confirm if I user "parent.Business-Duration" in the report for TASK will it give me "Business Duration" for INC ( parent) or TASK (Child)?
