How can I create a report that will show me when a single incident has multiple surveys.
This was my only option as a related list but this isn't what I need because it shows no records and there are at least two incidents that have received multiple surveys.

Hi @Robert Campbell ,
You need to turn the report around. So make the report based on the incident table, and the related list condition should be 2 or greater than 2 - See below screenshot:

The report should show different surveys with the same incident number, not different incidents with the same survey which I don't think is possible but maybe I'm not understanding you correctly but I did switch.
These numbers should be duplicates

Hi @Robert Campbell ,
I don't think what you would like is possible, as you want to go from a many to 1 relationship and not a 1 to many relationship. The report that I suggested show incidents which have 2 or more relationship to an assessment. So according to my previous image:
Both INC0000014 and INC0000601 have 2 or more surveys attached.

That is what I want. I want to see where there is one incident that shows up on two or more surveys. I tried that configuration before you suggested and again after because I thought maybe there might be a difference between "greater than 1" and "Greater than or Equal to 2" but as you can see from your result, those are two different incident...
Oh wait!!! LOLOLOL. My apologies.
First of all, I write how I talk so you can experience what I'm experiencing so now you can see the 💡come on.
These are the incidents that have more than one survey. I need to be more specific about which type of survey I'm interested in but what I can't figure out is how to get the survey number on the report. There is no "number" option for the survey.
