How can I create a report that will show me when a single incident has multiple surveys.
This was my only option as a related list but this isn't what I need because it shows no records and there are at least two incidents that have received multiple surveys.

Hi @Robert Campbell ,
You need to turn the report around. So make the report based on the incident table, and the related list condition should be 2 or greater than 2 - See below screenshot:

Hi @Robert Campbell ,
no, unfortunately not - the only thing that I can think of is to create a database view to combine the two tables and have both incident numbers and surveys numbers on the same list view.
