Hi,
Is it possible to show the number of Incidents logged per user over e.g. a 6 month period? I've tried via both the Incident and User table from historical / old posts and suggestions but i'm still no further to producing the report.
Any help hugely appreciated - thanks 🙂

Hello @cgreen2
Here is what you can do:
- Click on the No.groups choice
- It shows System default (12)
- Change it to Show All
- Uncheck the show other option.
However, the reporting module currently does not have the capability to add a filter where user's have 'x' incident or more.

Hello @cgreen2
Yes, it is very much possible using the filters and condition below:
I have stacked it with priority.
You can remove the stack field to have a single bar with the count.

Thank you Satyaki that's great - is it possible to narrow down the 'other' column to for example to only show the users who have logged over X number of tickets as i've got over 10,000 in my other column so i can't see the breakdown of those users
