Report_view ACL

I am currently trying to analyse my Report ACLs between my Dev and Prod instances.
i have one group of users that can see the reports in one but not in the other.
the report are identical
they have the same roles and groups attached to their profiles
i have compared the access roles table between the 2 for the roles assigned to the users

but i cannot figure out why in one instance they can see the output and the other they get denied based on report_view ACLs

@Ross Walker thanks for your answer.

This's a great new for me.

So, can have you checked ACL on "specific table" for report_view operation?

Also, you can see if roles defined in ACL table correspond to user roles?

if you want you can update those ACL roles based on your need.

For example,

It is ACL issue only. Need to modify. @Ross Walker

Ask admin with security role can do. But check the impact at wider side.

i know its an ACL issue - im after a way to identify the ACL because at present i cant find which ACL it is that is different between DEv and Prod

Hi  ,

This is a known update to ServiceNow in last update as part of reporting and in short users needs to have licence access to see the particular table, they do reporting. So if you are sharing a report to a non-role user ,you might get this kind of error going forward.
