Reporting/Dashboard under ITSM Standard Lincense

Could someone please confirm if standard reporting & dashboard are included in 'ITSM Standard license' or Performance Analytics is the only way to get them? Also, if it is not available with 'ITSM Standard license', ITSM Pro is the only way to get 'Performance Analytics' or can it be bought as an add on product as well?

Standard reporting is a platform feature and is included. 

PA will require ITSM pro, but the regular reporting module and dashboards do not require PA.
