Guy, Thank you for pointing this out. I had not had a chance to pursue a metrics based solution this morning and would have likely found it didn't solve my requirement.
We want to see changes that have been in a state for many days while that state is not completed. I do note that Explore Analytics is a third-party solution. Was hoping for something built-in.
Srikanth, Thanks for your help as well. Metrics will be useful elsewhere (we a a new customer and still figuring out reporting requirements).
