If you navigate to the stats.do page on your instance, you can learn this, too. The DC's are labeled in your instance's server node name and they are labeled by nearby major airports.
Your ServiceNow Account Executive or Customer Success Manager can also confirm this information.
Gen 1:
BOS - Boston (older customers that have not converted to Gen 2)
Gen 2:
IAD - DC (Typically primary site for most customers)
SJC - San Jose (Typically failover site for most customers)
Anyone at SN feel free to chime in if I'm inaccurate.

Hi Tony
The stats.do page dose not show anything related to the Hosting Data Centers, it shows the following:
- Connected to cluster node:
- Build name: HEAD (Eureka)
- Build date:
- Build tag:
- Instance name:
- Instance ID:
- Node ID:
- IP address:
- MID buildstamp:
- Load-balancer status:
- Database latency:
- Offering:
As well as some more details about:
- Servlet Memory
- Servlet Statistics
- Semaphore Sets
- Default
- REST API
- Debug
- SOAP
- OS Configuration
- Server Response Time
- Client Network Time
- Client Browser Time
- Database Connection Pool(s)
- Background Scheduler
- Scheduler Workers
- DB Lazy Writer
- Logged in Sessions
However your answer is good for the question asked. to have even more details about all Data Center locations look at Advanced-High-Availabilty whitepaper
Now the question here is What Type of Data Centers ServiceNow use? BL1, BL2, BL3 ? or any equivalent ones?

On stats.do, there is this information:
Connected to cluster node: app999999.ams4.service-now.com:<instancename>002
ams = Amsterdam , Netherlands (I think the abbreviations are IATA airport codes)
If you have access to the module "My IP Information" on Hi, you see the cleartext datacenter location as the header of the IP address column.
