Reporting on Business Service not used in a year

Hi,

 

I am in the process of cleaning up my business services and looking to run a report to show me all business services that have not been used on an incident or task within the past 2 years.  I am struggling to do this with report builder.

 

I am newish to SN to not sure I can script something but open to all suggestions.  

 

More context.  We are an older implementation and never used discovery, so basically all of our applications in the environment were setup as a business service (for better or worse) and on our incidents we tag the service to each incident.

On the Business Service records, there is a related list to task/incident. You can use related list conditions to check if there are (less than) 0 incidents for that business service:

How do never used reports help in answering this question?
