I'm trying to run a report on the Task_SLA table.
SLA Definition is (whatever you like)
Active is True
Task Substate [Incident] = (whatever you like)
Task Major Incident State [incident] = accepted.
The column in question is Incident task.Incident.Substate
It definitely has something in it (as a dropdown) but it looks almost like it's trying to show it as a reference. The report is right, all 41 came back as the Task Substate I wanted, but it's still showing the Task Substate as empty, which is confusing for end users. Any idea why it might be coming back this way?
