Does the "Can Read" on an article overrides the "Can Read" at the Knowledge Base level?
I have a knowledge base, that only specify users can read. The new requirement is to allow some of these articles (about 10 %) to be visible by any user.
I tried adding "Any User" user criteria to the "Can Read" at the article level and regular users can not view article.

Hi @valter479
Navigate to https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/concep...
Scroll down, and go through the flow chart available there.
You will get to know how access is calculated between kb and kb article.
Thanks and Regards,
Rahul

Hi,
No it does not.
Article user criteria will not be evaluated if you don't have access to read at Knowledge base level.
