Reporting on the date/time a task was assigned to a person

We need a report that captures the date/time a task was assigned to a person. Is this information stored on the sc_task table? If so, which field is it? If not, what table do I use to report on this information?

We set up the report, but it only reports on the duration of time that task was assigned to a person. The business requirement is to show the date/time the task was assigned to a person. Is this possible? If so, how?

Make sure to include "Start" in your report. That will be the date/time in which the metric instance was created, hence the date/time in which the Incident was assigned.

We are including the "Start" field in our report. However, the start field has the same time as the "Created" field. Is there something we're missing?

Either date field will work in this case. This is the date date the metric instance was created, hence when the Incident was assigned to that individual.

another issue we observed is, even if the task is closed, in metric instance, End time for the last assigned to remains blank. Calculation doesnt stop that time.
