How to enable the watchlist users (even not having any roles) in service portal to update the comments in incidents/requests
There used to be a link where one could validate user accreditations by entering the user’s email address. Can’t seem to find it anymore. Could someone reshare if that is still active? Super useful
watch list users should be able to update the comments in incidents and RITM's irrespective of roles. I have tried in PDI by writing new ACL. But it is not working. Could you please help me how to write ACL. Thanks in advance.
