Reports from Incident Surveys

I have created a survey. I am attaching it to the email which is sent to the user when an incident is closed. How can I map the incident number with asmt_metric_result record generated by the survey response?

I am doing this because I want to create a report of the surveys for all the incidents for which survey response is given.

 

The report should show incident number and comments that are added by end user while submitting the survey. Is there any other way of doing it?

Hi,

How is that you send survey in mail. Is there a link in mail body which when clicked take to ServiceNow?

OR its just emojis or buttons?

If latter then you can refer article to update the logic as per your need. If it is first one i.e. link to ServiceNow platform then I assume you are directed to specific survey. If so, no need for you to configure anyting in addition as it will store the task number.
