Hi,
I'm a newbie tester (not developer) and testing request management workflow using ATF scripts. I've a scenario where in I create a request and need to open it in Form UI so that I can approve it ( after impersonating as approver). After creating a request, when I search the record using request ID or RITM ID in sysapproval_approver table, I couldn't find any record ( using ATF script).
But, If create request manually I could find a record in sysapproval_approver table.
So I think ATF script is creating a record in sysapproval_approver table.
Please could you help to resolve this issue or give the appropriate ATF steps. Many thanks !
FYI - I followed the steps in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybYIW3F1dTI

Hi @balaji_tk
Follow these simple steps:
1. Submit the request.
2. Impersonate the approver.
3. Open existing record-->step 1. (If approve button available in REQ form ignore step 4.)
4. For opening RITM:
- Apply filter to list.
- List type as Related List.
- Table (Requested Item)
- Condition ( number contains RITM )
- Open existing record to--->Apply filter (Table RITM)
5. Click a UI action (Approve)
