Request items are not displayed in the My requests

when user is submitting the tickets, the requests are not getting displayed under "My Request" section or in Self Service View. However, the tickets are getting displayed under 'Requested items'. Troubleshoot this issue.

Expectation: When a user submits ticket, the tickets submitted should be displayed under 'My Requests' section.
