Request-Related List not showing incident records

Hello,

I need some help with this weird interaction.

Basically when i create a request on the incident form via "Create Request" button, it shows on the incident related list but it doesn't show on the Request related list. I think the configurations on the related list are correct, but somehow it doesn't how nothing, only the tab but no record

Yes add the parent field to the request from.

Yes this is correct. The parent field on the REQ record would have the incident number. You can create multiple requests from 1 incident but each request can only be associated with 1 incident. The incident related list you are looking at on the REQ record would be if you created incidents from the request.

oh i see... is there a way to show the incident that is related to that request ( like the example in question)?

Yes add the parent field to the request from.
