Has anyone else seen an issue on Dashboards with cloned report naming duplicated?

I came back to work today and noticed an odd thing with my Dashboards. Several of my cloned reports that were given new names all showed as the original duplicate name on the dashboard. Has anyone else seen this (see attached)?

Each report has different criteria, a different name, and was added from the edit, reports, list and I've ensured they are not the original the reports were built from, and each entry is indeed a unique report (see attached).

I'm stumped and not sure if it's something with the environment on my end, or an issue with SN.

Hi @sheree_kenner,

Maybe someone changed the Chart title of the reports?

e.g.

As you can see above, if you populate the Chart title field, it will override the name of the report.
