As per above cited title, getting the said error when trying to export a list of Security Incidents.

Steps to reproduce :

Go to the list view of security incident table(sn_si_incident)

Right Click > Export > Excel (.xlsx)/PDF/CSV

Export Complete box shows and after a few seconds Download button appears.

Click Download button and error 'Requested attachment does not exist' shows.

Our Production instance version: London Patch 3.

Tried in our Dev instance which is on London patch4-hotfix2 but same issue.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you,

Same pb when itil user tries to export data from sc_req_item or incident tables

Works fine with admin role

Could be an ACL issue ?

Hi Patrick,

Not very sure in your case. Is it happening for all itil users?

For my case, ServiceNow informed that this is a known issue for the Users with more than 40 characters in their User ID's.

I was successfully able to replicate with a test user. When I exceed the User ID with more than 40 characters, I get an error, " Requested Attachment Does Not exiist" and if I reduce the User ID of the same user to less than 40 characters and try exporting, I was able to export successfully.

I hope this piece of information might help you. I am sorry if it doesn't.
