Requesting DB View to allow reporting on related Project Tasks, Changes, and Outages

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to working on stories and not getting the below requirement, can someone please help me on this:

Requesting DB View to allow reporting on related Project Tasks, Changes, and Outages. An M2M table exists for Changes and Project Tasks: M2m Change Reque Project Task [u_m2m_change_reque_project_task]. The expectation is a DB View with a Join to the Outage related to the target Change will allow for reporting needs.

We can't provide you things we don't know. The fact that your m2m table starts with 'u_' means that it's a custom m2m table. What you are trying to do is not something that's there OOB. You need to check and see how the relationships are set an connect them through that relationship in the m2m. 
That could very well be change_sys_id = m2m_change en project_task_sys_id = m2m_project_task, but we don't know how your m2m is set up. If it's done on task and not on the specific task types, you may need to add extra conditions. 
And with outages, it's the same. OOB Outage has the 'Task number' field, which references the task table. So you need to check for outages that are related to the task you are looking for. So there you need to add another table in your DB view (Outage) and link that to the change table on the task number field.
