Requestor details not filled in a Variable set

Hi Everyone,

we have a Variable set to capture Requestor details hidden in the Catalog Item view and displayed in RITM and Task.
we are making a glideAjax call on the catalog client script defined on Variable set, send the details back of loggedin user using gs.getUserID() method.
This variable set is included in 100+ Catalog Items for more than 5 years.

Now for one user for just one time, Requestor details are not captured and displayed empty values in RITM and Task.

I Impersonated the user  and requested the same Item.I checked other requests for the same Catalog Item around same time. Everything is working fine.

What could be the reason?

Is this not working only for one user?
Could you please elaborate more or provide the script and configurations so I can understand better

Hi @mayankkumar , it happened only once for a user for that one time only. I have checked again by Impersonating with that user.its working fine

please check whether there are any Catalog UI Policies applied to your variable set or the variables in it.

There is "Applies on the Target record".

Investigate on this - if you have a Cat UI Policy whose Action is making some field empty for exmaple, this attribute set to true will do the same logics in the target record (created from the form where variable set is added).

Please let me know what you found
