Require all Change requests to be Approved 24 hours before CAB Meeting

We have a requirement that for a Change to go to CAB it must be peer approved 24 hours before the CAB Meeting. Does anyone know how this can be achieved.

@Pam Walker1 How is the CAB Meeting managed/structured? Are you using CAB Workbench or automated method for agenda creation? 

There are many options here, but understanding how your CAB is managed will lend to the best recommendation

We use CAB workbench

We have two CAB meetings a week Tuesday and Thursday 10:10 til 11:10

We wish to set that if the Change is not peer reviewed by 13:00 the day before then the Change is Cancelled

You can use the flow designer for this, find out the date and approval and if not peer reviewed, cancel the change.
