Resizing images in emails

Hi,

Do you know how I can add resize image option while composing or replying to an email from any ITSM module? When our agents sends an email from system they usually copy and paste images but cannot resize.

Hi,

Follow these steps.

1) Copy & paste the image.

2) Select the image & Click on "Insert/Edit Image" and change the size/layout as required.

I followed your above steps but it doesn't work for me. I have selected the image and clicked on image icon but save option is disabled.

Hi,

Make sure you have selected the image/ copy paste the image.

You can see my above image. The image name is Default Pasted image.png Also, you can see the image preview below image name.

It seems the image is not selected. Please select the image and try it. It is working fine for me.
