Restrict Catalog item for users

Hey Community,

I am creating a catalog item to submit a certain request. Client wants to limit the visibility of that catalog item to certain users. How can I achieve that?

Hi @SnowUserDev ,

U can restrict the catalog item using User criteria available under Available for Related list in the Catalog item record itself.

• Open the catalog item which u have created.
• Scroll at the bottom you should see a related list tab called as Available for & Not available for.
• Create a new user criteria
• U can select which all users should have access over der.
• Once selected save the record.
• Now only those users will be able to see that catalog item.
