Hi Team. 

 

We have customized Service Portal with "/amc"

 

We just want to restrict this portal for users, is there a way that we can restrict access "www.xx.service-now.com/amc"

The below article should give you an idea on how to implements the access and redirection to the portal.

When you talk about restriction, am assuming the user who should not access the portal, should be redirected to some other page within the platform or external page.
