Revert to OOTB module

Hello All
We have a request to revert back to OOTB problem module.There have been multiple customizations and multiple OOTB fields and rules have been deleted.Is there a way to revert back to OOTB and losing data is not a problem as the organization is still not operational with problem management

Hi,
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to "revert" a module/app back to out of box (easily - like a one click solution): https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0779333
You'd have to navigate to those respective records and use the "Versions" related list and go to the very first entry and revert back to that, individually.

So, even if you try to use the activate/repair for the specific plugin/app or "Rollback", it doesn't actually revert all those changes you've done. You'd have to use the method described above in the 2nd support article link I provided.
