Risk assessment tab missing

I have change in assess state but the risk assessment tab is missing. I need the risk assessment tab.

Please help me with your inputs !!

Did you load the plugin: Change Management - Risk Assessment

yes the plugin is loaded.

When you load the plugin, it automatically adds the Related List to the Change form. Task Assessment -> Task

However, it only shows if a Risk Assessment has been filled out for the change.

Hi Gnans,

Are you able to see the related list in the Selected slush bucket of the form?

right click on header>>configure>>related lists
