Risk assessment tab missing

I have change in assess state but the risk assessment tab is missing. I need the risk assessment tab.

Yes i can open the related lists, but i cannot see risk assessment in the available related list

In which form are you not able to see this Risk related list?

Nani, unfortunately the related list name in the Configuring related lists dialog is not called Risk Assessment, its called "Task Assessment -> Task".   Add this list and you should get what you are looking for.   Once added it is named "Risk Assessment".   Confusing I know.

This does not work on extended tables from change_request. Looks as expected for parent change_request table.

Any solutions for this?

This Related List option is not available in the selection dialog, even after I have installed the “Change Management - Risk Assessment” [com.snc.change_management.risk_assessment] plugin. This is incredibly confusing - someone please tell me you have the answer.
