RITM state/active

We have several dashboard widgets that display the number of requests and incidents that we currently have open. I am just now noticing that when we change the Request (RITM) state to anything other than "Open" the request will no longer display in the dashboard. I think this is because the request is changing from "active" to "inactive". Is there a way to keep the request as "active" if the request state is changed to pending, work in progress, or on hold?

Hello

There is a OOTB BR, "Set Active Flag" on 'sc_req_item' table. You can check this BR and see if you can change the script to meet the requirement.

Pleas be aware changing any OOTB BR can have other implications too.
