Role Based Access for ITIL Users

Dear Community Members,

We have different service catalogs and each catalog has different catalog items. Is there a way to restrict ITIL users for accessing other catalog items?

For example, VPN Support Program Group Should see only VPN Catalog Incidents and Requests and not Hardware Support Program Incidents and Requests.

Regards,
Burhan

Hello Burhan Shah,

To restrict ITIL users for accessing Catalog Item follow the bellow steps

1- Go to the Catalog Item

2- Bellow the Related Links there is option "Not Available For" click on that.

3- Click on new

4- Select the role in role section(ITIL)

Hi Aish,

How I will differentiate between ITIL users for different catalog items?

For example, Burhan is handling the VPN tasks and has an ITIL role. Atul is handling Network Tasks and has an ITIL role.
Both can resolve and view each other tasks.

This is what I want to restrict.

Regards,

Burhan
