Can we enable translations in engagement messenger

We are using Engagement Messenger to support customers who work in different applications and do not have direct access to ServiceNow. We have integrated Record Producers into Engagement Messenger, and these are currently being used by users across multiple countries.
We would now like to enable language translations based on the user’s country or locale. Since Engagement Messenger is being used across multiple custom applications, we would like to understand whether it is possible to enable localization or translation support within Engagement Messenger.

Yes it is possible. Check the possible options in the mentioned articles/servicenow documentations.

Thanks for sharing the above links. I have just tried and want to know all the content will be translated automatically in engagement messenger or do we need add translations for that labels in specific language in ServiceNow?
