Rule base of Order guide not working on Service Portal

I have created multiple Order guide and deployed that on Service Portal . But Rule base is not working .

 

Suppose there is one checkbox >> Hardware . On clicking Hardware checkbox , Hardware Catalog item is displayed  but ehen I uncheck Checkbox >> the item is still there on portal ..

 

Rule base is not working on any order guide..

Is this issue resolved for you? I am having the same issue in London Instance

I have the same issue i am in london patch 5.

I had the same issue when we upgraded to London. Removed the items in the rulebase and recreated the rulebase again and everything fell in place. It only happened on items which had no condition in my case.
