Hi,
We have managed to use the OOTB SaaS Integration for Asana.
We compared the user subscription list from Service Now to the Asana Portal and noticed a lot of additional users that is not in Asana Portal.
Majority is where the user's have left the business but Asana Integration is still picking up the user's.
Rest of the user's are still in the business. I asked a few user's and they said they clicked on the link and created an account.
So if I choose the domain @centrica.com within the setup of Asana Integration would that means anyone who has signed in with email address @centrica.com will show under the User Subscription in Service Now but may not show in the Asana Portal?
Sorry for the long explanation. Bit confused.
I have attached a screenshot of Asana Portal and User Subscription from Service Now so you understand the mis match with the numbers.
I have emailed Asana and they said the only paid subscription is what we see in Asana Portal
Thanks
Neena

Hi @Nitin Panchal ,
We just followed the steps mentioned here - Integrating with Asana (servicenow.com)
Have you looked at the system logs to see why it is failing?
Thanks
Neena

Thank you Neena for response. We are receiving error on Asana API call - to get users from workspaces . For certain workspace - users are retrieved and for other ones users are not returned via Asana Get User API . The one those failed to receive users are getting HTTP 400 and 500 errors.
We have reached out to Asana Support to help with this.
Thanks
Nitin

Ok @Nitin Panchal hope you get a solution.
The only additional step I did which is not mentioned in the Service Now steps is add your company domain in Managed Distribution. See below
After you complete all the steps in this section;
Create an Asana integration profile
I went to Asana Portal and added the company domain. See screenshot.
Then I was able to see the user's
Thanks
Neena
