If you have an Instance with Demo Data installed for Project Portfolio Suite with Financials Plugin, you can go to the Project Templates table for a good Implementation Plan.
To get there:
1. Navigate to Project Administration > Settings > Templates - Project
2. Look for the record with the Name of "ServiceNow Implementation Template" and go to the record
3. Notice the Project Template Tasks such as "Initiating" , "Planning", "Project Kick-off Meeting", "Gain Formal Acceptance" etc.
