Save button on Incident form disappeared

Hi Team,

 

We observed that SAVE button on incident form is disappeared , we have checked UI action there is no recent update on Global / incident table level UI action available for SAVE button.

 

even checked system property "glide.ui.advanced' also not true but eve though ity was false it was working until last week.

 

Anyone faced issue and what could be possible solution ?

Please try setting it to true and check again. If the issue still persists, log a Now Support case, as it may be caused by an upgrade-related issue.

Hi Pooja, the UI action uses the ACL as a way to determine if it should be visible or not. I would recommend comparing your ACL from an instance that was not yet upgraded with this instance.
