Saviynt users are not inserting/updating to ServiceNow user table

Hi ,

As we installed a plugin a saviynt  -> Saviynt users are stored in the below table

x_saviy_iga_user  from these table users need to insert /update to servicenow sys_user table

As we checked there is OOB  business rule and script include

 USER: Before Rule

USER: After Rule

UserRules

Not sure y it is not syncing can someone help me on this

Hi, searching SNC docs portal and plugins I find no results for a plugin called 'saviynt'
Your question\post is not clear but if you are populating user records into a table called x_saviy_iga_user and you want these populated into sys_user, then you will need to use an after BR on x_saviy_iga_user unless x_saviy_iga_user is populated by an import\transform in which case you may be able to update the transform to add a new transform map or an afterTransform script to process each new x_saviy_iga_user row into sys_user.
What exactly does the vendor 'plugin' documentation say it does?

But the release notes / doc it will sync automatically as per oob
