Scheduled email report which runs daily didn't trigger on 26th december 2025

Hi Community,

 

There is a scheduled email report that runs daily on the task_sla table. The report executed successfully until 25 December 2025, but it has not triggered since 26 December 2025. The email logs also show the last execution on 25 December.

Could someone please advise on how to troubleshoot this issue or identify the cause?

@Ankur Bawiskar i had already checked the kb article , didn''t find any root cause

try using the Execute Now button on the scheduled report form to run it manually and observe the results and system logs for any immediate errors.
