Hi All,
I Have a Knowledge Base with "Knowledge - Instant Publish" workflow. When I select a Scheduled Publish Date as a future date and save the record and click on Publish button then the article is directly published.
Ideally it should go to Scheduled for publish state and then automatically will get published per mentioned date time in "Scheduled Publish Date" field.

Any lead is appreciated.

I'm not sure whether you everything right or not, as you do not provide any details. That way I cannot help you,
And I compared two instances: one with activated KMA plugin and one without. The workflow "Knowledge - Instant Publish" looks different.
With KMA plugin:
(I marked the WF activity for scheduled publishing)
Without KMA Plugin:
(scheduled publishing is missing)

have you fulfilled the mentioned prerequisites?
Ensure that the system administrator verifies the following settings:
- Knowledge Management Advanced plugin (com.snc.knowledge_advanced) is activated. For more information, see Activate the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin.
- The article versioning feature is enabled. For more information, see Article versioning.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I did configured the above mentioned details.
1)Activate KMA plugin
2)Article versioning is also enabled.
Still the issue mentioned is occurring.

This was an eye opener which made me realized that I had an old version of the workflow published. Guess what, that's what it is. All good now...Thanks for your help 🙂
