Scripted Rest API: User Locked out

Hello,

After sending a request by Webservice third party, in order to create my request i have the user is "Locked out"

Webservice: Scripted Rest API.

You need to make sure that user is active and it has web service access only checked on user record.

Yes the user have full access, admin role and webserice, REST.... but the web service access only  not checked ! it's must be checked?

Are you saying 3rd party is getting this message when trying to consume scripted rest API?

Did you check the user is active true and not locked out

You might have missed the below poinnt in your scripted rest api

In the Default ACLs field, select one or more ACLs that meet the security needs for the API. Select only those ACLs that have a Type of REST_Endpoint.
