After sending a request by Webservice third party, in order to create my request i have the user is "Locked out"

Hello, If you want to deactivate this setting then below is the path , but it is not recommended as it saves from brute force attack. Navigate to System Policy > Script Actions. Search for the name *SNC User. Change the Active state from true to false.

It's very stronge, i think is very random, after sending request i have a log in the vent log that login failed and i have my Task and RIM created.

I change again my password in the third party tools, i have not in my log "login faied" and i have not the "locked out " again...

I will supervise this and give you others details if it reproduced.

I have the similar issue , but we have updated passwords on both side , but still it was failing in 3rd party side, could you please suggest us to continue.

hello, sorry i leave the project since 2020 and I think that the issue is no longer relevant after upgrade !

For your issue: what kind of authentification you used it?
