Hi Team,
Currently if any Technician attaches attachment on SCTASK,it is not visible on ESC Portal.
But If attached on RITM Level,it is visible on ESC Portal. Can anyone give me any suggestions how I can achieve so that if added on SCTASK,should display in ESC portal as well.
Thanks and Regards,
Akhil.

Hi @VanamaAkhil ,
Just to clarify, are you currently exposing SCTASKs on the ESC portal or are you looking to make attachments added to SCTASKs visible on the RITM from the portal?

Hi @Hemanth M1
Right now we are not exposing the SCTASK on ESC Portal.
But the technicians will attaches attachments to SCTASK,End Users were not able to see those attachments in the portal.
The below are the two Attachments added on RITM level, but there is one more attachment added on SCTASK which is not visible here.
Thanks and Regards,
Akhil

Hi @VanamaAkhil ,
That's correct. Why would it show the attachments on the SCTASK when you look at the RITM on the portal? You need to add them to the RITM from the SC task. (This may cause duplicate attachments on both the RITM and SCTASK, but you can purge them later.)
Refer to this for the Business Rule or Flow to achieve this. (Make sure you handle duplicate attachments.)
