Search RITM by using Variable value in global search

Hi,

I have a variable called Case ID for one of the catalog item and if I search Case ID then I should get corresponding RITM from global search.

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

You may need to update search sources. I am not 100% sure but give a try.
