From which state you are facing this issue.like from new,in progress?
From your inputs i am trying to get that is there any ACL is restring to update it or not.

as you see below the green line
incident/caller_id.write=false
means you do not have access to write/update on that filed.Please correct me if i am wrong

You're not wrong. I track back and this is where Im currently stuck. It doesn't allow me to change it. However, when I check "record/sys_security_acl.script/write" or other, it only requires security admin. Even though I have that role but still can't do anything.

Hi Ryan,
which field is this?
it seems there is field level WRITE ACL which is blocking.
please debug security rules and check which ACL is blocking
