sending a table export to a network folder

Evening all

 

I have a requirement to send some data to a network location via a mid server (already setup) with a weekly delta sent to the same location. I am certain there used to be a simple way to retrieve data from a network folder but I am unsure about sending a file. Anyone done this before?
