Sent notification 30 and 14 days before the expiry_date variable on requested item

Is there a way through the flow designer to send notification to requested_for , 30 and 14 days before the expiry_date variable on requested item?

I started like this, but don't know how to get requested_for into recipients

Finally, I created a new notification in the sysevent_email_action table, "Send when 'event is fired'" and through the Flow designer just create a record in the sysevent table.
